On Target! is Elevate's most highly facilitated team event. Set outdoors, we facilitate a series of initiative and problem-solving activities designed to meet your team-building objectives.

Of course, the challenges - some physical, some mental - are wrapped into a theme and come with a large dose of fun. Did you know you can catapult an egg more than 100m without it breaking? How do you retrieve a test tube from a 'contaminated' zone without touching the ground?

On Target! activities tap into all the elements of team dynamics - from leadership and problem-solving to communication and trust.
