Body Work and Meditation
Meditation has become increasingly well-known in the modern world as a means to relieve stress and promote health, increased creativity and well-being.
We open to a natural state of presence, confidence and free flowing energy. Benefits are immediate in feeling revitalized and having more clarity.

With practice we can free up old blockages held as painful stiffness and limitation and find new posture and freer movements. We become more centred, vibrantly alive and at ease in our everyday life.
Marion Feasey has been studying and practicing meditation and exploring body/mind methods for the past 30 years. She has been teaching meditation courses and leading retreats and small groups for 10 years. Her interest is in bringing easily accessible and effective methods that people can take home and into the workplace, and have the joy of sharing with others.
Marion is trained as a Contact C.A.R.E. practitioner – working with impact injuries and body imbalances.
